４．個人情報の取扱いの委託
個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を外部に委託する場合があります。その際は、個人情報を適切に保護できる管理体制を敷き実行していることを条件として委託先を選定し、機密保持契約を締結する等によって、お客様の個人情報を厳密に管理させます。
５．個人情報の開示等の請求等
弊社は、弊社が保有するお客様ご自身の個人情報について開示等（利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止、消去、第三者への提供の停止、または第三者提供記録の開示）のご請求等に応じます。
その際は、上記２項の個人情報保護管理者にお申し出いただき、所定の手続きを経てご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
６．個人情報を提供されることの任意性について
お客様がご自身の個人情報を弊社に提供されるか否かは、お客様のご判断によりますが、弊社が必要とする個人情報をご提供いただけない場合は、適切なご対応が困難となる場合がございます。

3. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
We will use personal information for the following purposes:

4. Outsourcing of the Handling of Personal Information
